ISOBOX 80 / 100

ISOBOX 80 and 100 are sandwich panels for facades with double metal coating and an insulating core made of polyurethane foam. The panel joints feature a continuous seal, integrated during manufacturing, with tongue-and-groove interlocking and visible fasteners (only for ISOBOX) with pass-through screws. Additionally, the joint profiling has been carefully designed to ensure the product’s functionality. These panels offer high thermal and acoustic performance, easy installation, and minimal maintenance.

These panels are ideal for constructing exterior and interior walls, as well as suspended ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

ACCESSORIES YOU CAN INCLUDE WITH THIS PRODUCT:

A metal plate specifically designed for sandwich panel fastening. Its use is mandatory, as it helps distribute the forces and prevent point deformation when screws are applied, significantly improving the panel's performance against cyclical wind pressures, both positive and negative. Installing the PIASTRINA plate increases the mechanical strength of the panel and ensures uniform load distribution, leading to greater durability and safety in sandwich panel installations.

Used together with structural screws to increase the contact area and transmit more force. Washers, generally magnetic, should be cleaned regularly to avoid the accumulation of drilling debris and ensure proper functioning.

These are used to fasten various materials. The main advantage of self-drilling screws is that they don't require pre-drilling since they have a drill bit tip that creates the necessary hole as the screw advances. This provides greater precision when joining pieces, although in some cases, a smaller guide hole may be recommended to facilitate screw insertion. Self-drilling screws are suitable for surfaces like plastics, thin-gauge metal sheets, fiber cement, plastic tiles, and fiberglass. However, pre-drilling with a drill bit may be necessary in some cases.

Essential for roofing, they connect and seal the ridges of sheets. Made from durable material, they protect against corrosion and weather. Available in various sizes and finishes, they are easily installed with screws or rivets, offering long-lasting protection and an aesthetic finish.
