COVERIB 850 is a galvanized steel sheet protected on its top side by a stabilized plastic asphalt coating (1.5 mm) and a pre-painted aluminum sheet (60 microns). On the underside, the steel is protected by a bituminous primer and also by the pre-painted aluminum sheet. Tests certify that the sheets provide thermal comfort under natural ventilation conditions and can insulate heat as effectively as a 40 mm polyurethane panel in cream color. Fire reaction: Class B – s1, d0 (EN 13823; EN ISO 11925-2).
Coverib 850 trapezoidal-profile roofs, made of steel with multi-layer protection, consist of galvanized steel sheet (EN 10174) with a thickness of 0.50 mm (or 0.60 – 0.80) protected on the top side by a stabilized plastic asphalt coating and by a natural or pre-painted aluminum sheet, or an electrolytic copper sheet. The underside is protected by a bituminous primer and a natural or pre-painted aluminum sheet.
